The Humanistic Temple of Alkebulan church requires members to take a pledge. The members must pledge to strive to uphold the 20 Virtues of the Temple Code. Two of those are:

>Integrity - I will strive to be fair and just in all dealings.

>Fairness - I will be impartial in behavior without favoritism or discrimination, and advocate for the just treatment of others.

Integrity, loyalty and fairness supports the moral virtue of justice. Justice is a concept that refers to the fair and equitable treatment of individuals within a society, in accordance with the principles of law and morality. It involves treating people impartially and without prejudice and ensuring that they receive the benefits and protections to which they are entitled.

In order to apply justice in society, it is important for individuals to act with fairness and integrity in all of their interactions with others. This means treating others with respect and dignity and refraining from discrimination or bias based on factors such as race, gender, religion, or socioeconomic status.

Additionally, justice requires that individuals and institutions uphold the rule of law, and that they are held accountable for their actions. This means that those who violate the law or engage in unethical behavior should be held responsible for their actions, and that appropriate measures should be taken to ensure that justice is served. This includes our political, educational, social, and religious leaders. We see too many times in the news about political corruption and religious leaders committing unspeakable acts against vulnerable people and those who trust them to lead them into righteousness. We must warn against cult-like behaviors that many people unknowingly fall into. Members pledge to use wisdom, Temple Code number fourteen. l will think and act using knowledge, experience, understanding, common sense and insight. Focusing on should prevent cult-like behaviors.

To promote justice in society, it is also important to advocate for policies and practices that promote equality, fairness, and transparency. This may involve supporting initiatives that provide greater access to education, healthcare, and other essential services, as well as working to eliminate systemic biases and discrimination in all areas of society. One or more projects of the Humanistic Temple of Alkebulan church directly addresses these issues. The planned Alkebulan Village is a planned community where all persons contribute their respective knowledge, skills and experience for the greater good of the community. The community will provide for those essential services that are greatly needed by people across the world.

Overall, justice is a virtue that must be deliberate, and a fundamental principle that requires the active engagement and participation of all members of society in order to be fully realized. By working together to promote fairness, equality, and accountability, we can create a more just and equitable society for all.
